Yes, we have a 48 quantity minimum for all new customers. Quantities on promotional products vary depending on the item.
I’d say one in a million. “So you’re telling me there’s a chance?” Probably not since most garments purchased from a retail store are not made to be decorated or can withstand the decorating process. All of our products are tested and manufactured to be decorated. We will 100% guarantee any of our products from defects, even through the decorating process. Unfortunately, since we have no idea how other garments are constructed or if they are meant to be decorated, we cannot guarantee these items.
Once you decide on your items, our normal turnaround time is 10 business days. If the product needs to be shipped, allow 2-3 extra days for shipping. Need it before that? Many times we are able to produce your product before 10 business days. Just let us know when you need it by and we will let you know right then and there if we can get it done.
Absolutely not! We never charge a rush fee. If we can do it for you, you bet we will!
If it is an online order, then payment is made at the time the order is placed. Since our product is customized, most orders that are not online orders require 50% down when placing the order and the remaining 50% before an item is picked up or shipped. We accept most major credit cards, checks and cash is nice too!
We have several different ordering options and our expert team will help you decide if an online store is the best option for your group. We can make an event for a large group really easy. Everyone orders online and pays for their product and it eliminates one person having to collect for the entire group. We will even separate the items by each individual and ship it to you!
If the customizable product has not been shipped from our supplier, then no problem. By us getting to know you and your project, we have rarely seen a case where the customer wants to cancel the order because the stuff is just too cool not to have!.
You buy it, You own it – JUST KIDDING! That’s the policy of some of our competitors. But not us! If the item you received was incorrect, damaged, or flawed, we will either send you another item or give you a refund. We want to make sure you are happy with your items and will make sure we take care of you.
